The path that led here
My path has crossed military electrical work, business analytics, process improvement, cybersecurity, audio engineering, media production, chronic-injury recovery, and AI development. What connects those fields is systems—understanding how the parts interact, where failure occurs, and how better structure changes the outcome.
For four years, a nerve injury kept me from working the way I used to. That forced me to rebuild how I approached problems: less forcing, more structure. The injury taught me that better systems reduce the need for constant effort. That principle now shapes how I help businesses operate.
Beyond commercial systems work, I create music with my wife Lauren, produce breathwork audio, write about process and patience, and share what I'm learning as I build a life by design.
